Automatic Intelligent Torque Tools Trolley - Introduction:-

Global exclusive mobile automatic intelligent torque tools trolley which is designed in according with ISO 6789: 2017. Suitable for pipeline measurement at any time. Great reduce measurement costs.
Design for the measurement of small torque power tools and manual torque wrenches. (manual torque wrenches: 1-1500N.m, power tools: 1-700N.m)
The fully automatic loading device loads / unloads torque through a servo motor. The two-stage automatic loading speed is designed to meet the minimum time requirement (between 0.5 s and 2.0 s) for the torque from the 80% target value to the target value according to the ISO6789: 2017-1.
The automatic intelligent torque tools trolley is equipped with a touch screen PC and measurement software, which can identify tools, operators and various information. The software can upload and store measurement data in real time. Set the loading times according to the requirements of ISO6789: 2017-1(Type I and Type II is 5 times, Type III is 10 times) via the software.
