The Dual Trigger Module (DTM) is a safety device that can be retro-fitted to PneuTorques.

A Secondary trigger for use with all PTM & PTS tools that easily attached between the tool’s air inlet port and hose. This requires the operator to use both hands to run the tool and so reduces the risk of hands getting trapped between the reaction bar and reaction point.

輔助把手被設計成直接適用於所有新型動力扭矩扳手,其在有紅色橡膠帶覆蓋的環狀內有一條安裝手柄用的凹槽。

不適用于ET2/EBT/PTS/PTM 52 & 68系列。

套筒固定器

使用套筒固定卡簧可以簡單快速的固定套筒和驅動方頭。

此產品建議僅在地面操作使用。

如高空作業或任何外露異物會造成安全和/或商業風險的情況下，不建議使用。不推薦搭配衝擊工具使用。

Norbar’s standard filter, regulator, lubricator unit features a 100mm diameter gauge for easy and accurate setting of air pressure with ergonomic placement of air pressure adjustment control. It is supplied with 3 metres of robust, steel braded air hose with fittings to connect to PneuTorque® wrenches

The Norbar Twin Regulator Lubro Control Unit provides a controlled output air pressure for powering pneumatic tools. The twin regulators allow the user to instantly change between two different air pressure settings without having to make a time consuming adjustment. In addition, the unit removes excess saturated water and solid foreign particles that could damage the connected tool.

This features a 100mm diameter gauge for easy and accurate setting of air pressure with ergonomic placement of air pressure adjustment control. It is supplied with 3 metres of robust, steel braded air hose with fittings to connect to PneuTorque® wrenches

The Multi Channel Lubro offers an ideal solution for customers wishing to use a PneuTorque® or other pneumatic tool on multiple applications without having to refer constantly back to air pressure graphs. Up to 15 air pressures can be set and recorded on the write-on label on the front. These settings can be protected by removing a key.

Torque Tester Accessories – Buffer – Function Introduction

• Suitable for a wide variety of power tools including pneumatic/electric screwdriver and angle wrenches with either clutch or stall torque control.
• Supplied with the FMT2 as standard, but can also be purchased separately.

Data transmission line – function introduction

• A suffix after the part number indicates the length of the lead in cm, thus XXXXX.200 = 2 metres. If transducer leads are required of a non-standard length (to the nearest metre),the new suffix must be added to the part number when ordering.

Right angle gearbox – function introduction

The Right Angle Gearbox enables the benefits of Norbar’s pneumatic and electric torque tools to be brought to a host of applications from which they are currently excluded due to space restrictions.The Right Angle Gearbox provides most ET, PTS and PTM tools with a 90° angle of operation.

As the tool rotates on two different planes (the Right Angle Gearbox Adaptor and the Gearbox itself), there is a risk of objects getting caught
between the tools reaction plate and the tools body. Ensure all obstacles are clear from this risk, such as: hands, air hoses and electrical wires.

• The handle and Right Angle Gearbox can index in relation to the tool gearbox meaning that reaction forces are not passed back to the operator
• Allows more comfortable operation of the EvoTorque2 on vertically bolting applications at chest height and above as the pistol grip is presented correctly to the operator
• The tool handle can rotate 360° in relation to the Right Angle Gearbox allowing the most comfortable and safest position to be found
• Manufactured from steel, the Right Angle Gearbox is robustly constructed for durability and long life.

Reaction Safety

These tools feature a reaction plate to take the reaction forces. This creates a crushing hazard if the operator places a hand on the reaction
plate. The reaction plate ensures all reaction forces are contained, so torque reaction is not passed back to the operator.
When in use the reaction plate rotates in the opposite direction to the output drive square and must be allowed to rest squarely against a solid object or surface adjacent to the fastener to be tightened as demonstrated in these illustrations.

IMPORTANT: WE RECOMMEND THE FULLY ASSEMBLED TOOL SHOULD BE RECALIBRATED. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU SHOULD ASSUME AN EFFICIENCY OF 97%.
