The Dual Trigger Module (DTM) is a safety device that can be retro-fitted to PneuTorques.

A Secondary trigger for use with all PTM & PTS tools that easily attached between the tool’s air inlet port and hose. This requires the operator to use both hands to run the tool and so reduces the risk of hands getting trapped between the reaction bar and reaction point.

輔助手柄是一個易於安裝的多功能配件, 為使用諾霸動力扭矩扳手時提供額外的支撐，易於把握。
輔助把手被設計成直接適用於所有新型動力扭矩扳手,其在有紅色橡膠帶覆蓋的環狀內有一條安裝手柄用的凹槽。

不適用于ET2/EBT/PTS/PTM 52 & 68系列。

套筒固定器

使用套筒固定卡簧可以簡單快速的固定套筒和驅動方頭。

此產品建議僅在地面操作使用。

如高空作業或任何外露異物會造成安全和/或商業風險的情況下，不建議使用。不推薦搭配衝擊工具使用。

三點控制閥

三點控制閥，本裝置是諾霸的空氣濾清、壓力調節、潤滑裝置。有一根3m長的高品質鋼索編織空氣管和一個100mm直徑的壓力錶，用以精確壓力調節。

雙通道三點控制閥提供氣動工具足夠的輸出氣壓。可提供用戶在兩種不同的空氣壓力設定間切換而無需耗費時間進行調整。此外，該三點控制閥在使用中去除多餘水汽與固體異物，防止工具損壞。

多通道三點控制閥為在多應用工位使用氣動扳手或其他氣動工具的客戶量身定做，提供了完善的解決方案，免去反復參考空氣壓力錶的操作過程。可設置高達15帕的空氣壓力，並可通過前面板可書寫標籤進行記錄。而這些設置可以通過刪除金鑰進行保護。

Norbar’s standard filter, regulator, lubricator unit features a 100mm diameter gauge for easy and accurate setting of air pressure with ergonomic placement of air pressure adjustment control. It is supplied with 3 metres of robust, steel braded air hose with fittings to connect to PneuTorque® wrenches

The Norbar Twin Regulator Lubro Control Unit provides a controlled output air pressure for powering pneumatic tools. The twin regulators allow the user to instantly change between two different air pressure settings without having to make a time consuming adjustment. In addition, the unit removes excess saturated water and solid foreign particles that could damage the connected tool.

This features a 100mm diameter gauge for easy and accurate setting of air pressure with ergonomic placement of air pressure adjustment control. It is supplied with 3 metres of robust, steel braded air hose with fittings to connect to PneuTorque® wrenches

The Multi Channel Lubro offers an ideal solution for customers wishing to use a PneuTorque® or other pneumatic tool on multiple applications without having to refer constantly back to air pressure graphs. Up to 15 air pressures can be set and recorded on the write-on label on the front. These settings can be protected by removing a key.

Based on the original PneuTorque®, the ‘Standard Series’ range is a direct result of over 50 years of refinement and development necessary to keep pace with the requirements of industry today.
In use in many thousands of applications worldwide PneuTorque® wrenches continue to represent the foundation of Norbar’s powered tool range. Two speed models offer all the advantages of single speed versions but with the additional benefit of a run-down speed five times greater than the high torque speed setting.

The Tool Controller shut-off system is supplied in a wall box for ‘External Control’ versions of the Norbar PTM series of tools and can give a much greater range of functionality than is possible on the ‘Internal Control’ version of the tool.

VALVE TESTING SYSTEM –  Introduction:-

Typical applications include the testing of Ball Valves requiring cyclical rotation 0 – 90˚ / 90 – 0˚, whilst recording torque vs angle data. Testing of Gate Valves / Valve Actuators by opening & closing whilst recording torque vs angle / turns data. The test must be remotely controlled from outside of the test chamber, where the test valve is pressurised.

The latest extension to the PTM tool range brings the speed advantage to the twin motor handle to higher capacity PneuTorque models.

Coupled with new gearbox designs, these new models deliver an ideal balance between robustness, speed and weight.

• Light weight – single direction stall tool weighs just 3.8 Kg.
• Quiet : Noise level : 84dB(A), with an uncertainty K = 3dB, when free-running
• Non impacting – low vibration levels make these tools comfortable and safe to use.
